DANCE BASED
Hi/Lo: Combines traditional aerobics moves with hype choreography for 60 minutes of non-stop fun!
Hip Hop: Learn the latest moves influenced from the streets and music videos. You will feel like a star in a video. After learning in an easy to follow format.
Old School Party: This class will take you back with fun back in the day music and choreography that will get you moving.

STEP
Beginner's Step: Designed to teach beginner's basic step moves.
Urban Step: Put some street in your step! This step class combines athletic and funk moves.

CARDIO
Cardio Knockout: Classic kick-boxing moves. Focusing on lower body kicks, combined with upper body strikes. A total body workout.
Cardio Tai-Box: Tai Box is a high energy, high impact blend of kicks and punches set to upbeat music. The class is the perfect combination of martial arts, boxing and cardiovascular training.
Tae Kwon Do: Learn a martial art discipline that will have you kicking and punching.
Jamming w/ the Master: Rhythmic boxing with a martial art edge.
The Champ is Here: Put your gloves on and do various boxing combinations on the bags!
Cardio Circuit (Weight Room): Weights and a solid cardio workout that will make you sweat and tone all your major muscles.
Boot Camp Break Down: Combination of weights and cardio.
Reggae Workout: Rhythmic workout taught to the Afro-Caribbean sounds of reggae, calypso, and soca.
Spinning Express: Designed for beginner's and clients who don't have a lot of time. Through flat terrain, various sprints, and jumps, you will experience the ride of your life.
Spinning Conditioning: Using the obstacle of your imagination, you will go up and down hills experiencing various intensity through breakaway and lifts.
Spinning Interval: Various combination with different resistant levels ranging from low to high intensity.

Make a Muscle: A fabulous arms and abs workout.
Six Pack Express: Ultimate ab workout, your abs will never feel the same.
Feel the Burn: A comprehensive pyramid weight training class.
Weight Room: 30 minutes weight room training class with a 12 station rotation.
Body Press: A comprehensive pyramid weight training class

HOLISTIC EXERCISES
Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga generally incorporates an eclectic blend of two or more of the yoga styles. It focuses on the physical body through posture and breath. Poses may be held longer and classes generally consist of more seated poses. This class utilizes specific postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to develop muscular strength, suppleness, and flexibility.
Pirates-based Mat: Learn simple and athletic body movements that will improve your coordination and stamina.
Yogalates: A combination of yoga and pilates moves that will strengthen your body, increase your flexibility and relax your mind.
Core Board: Core Board: A stability training program designed to focus on your core, increase your balance and strengthen entire body.
