BBB FIT KIDZWith childhood obesity on the rise, kid's watching more television and parents not feeling safe about letting their kid's outside to play. Body By Brandy and her certified staff have developed a fun, safe and effective kid's program called Fit Kidz. In their own gym, Fit Kidz will be expose children to cardiovascular training (treadmills, stairmasters, ellipticals, stationary bikes, various classes, rock climbing wall, boxing ring, game bikes and Sony dance pads), strength training (a small line of weight training equipment for kids) and nutritional tips. Fit Kidz will not only learn about fitness, they will make new healthy friendships and most importantly have an increased awareness of self. |

TAE KWON DOTKD is a Korean Karate that was developed over 20 years ago with its own system of self-defense and personal improvement. Our programming for TKD is unique, not only will students learn self-defense, self-control and gain confidence. They will also be exposed to our total body system that includes strength training and cardiovascular training for children. These lessons will create a stronger mind, stronger heart and stronger body that will last a lifetime. * Students will compete both locally and nationally |

POWER PUSHKoncrete dance is the dance of today's children. With a variety of new and old school hip-hop combinations, pop & lock and a touch of jazz with an urban swing. Dance is truly all about the expression of one's personality. Come let your child be themselves while learning more about dance, discipline and fitness.
